Matthew lists 42 generations—full of sinners, outsiders, failures, and unlikely people. Why? To show that Jesus didn’t come from a perfect family—He came for imperfect families. Your past doesn’t disqualify you. Your family history doesn’t limit God’s future for you. Jesus steps into broken stories and redeems them.
