Advent Scripture Reading December 10

In this passage, God tells Joseph: “It’s safe. Go home.” Jesus returns not to Jerusalem, not to power, not to prestige—but to Nazareth, a forgotten town with a questionable reputation. Why? Because God delights in using the unexpected. He brings Light into places others overlook. Maybe you feel overlooked…like your life doesn’t shine…like your story is too ordinary. Remember Nazareth. The Light of the world grew up in a place no one valued—and He made it holy by His presence.
