Advent Scripture Reading December 3

In this passage, Isaiah promises a shoot from the stump of Jesse—a new King rising from a broken family line. Maybe you feel like your life is a stump—cut down, limited, disappointing. But out of stumps, God grows salvation. Out of brokenness, God brings beauty. This passage reminds us that nothing in your life is too dead for God to resurrect.
