Zechariah and Elizabeth spent years praying, waiting, and hoping. And when God finally answered, Zechariah doubted. But God didn’t disqualify him—He prepared him. Sometimes God’s silence isn’t punishment—it’s preparation. It’s the quiet classroom where faith grows. John the Baptist is conceived as a miracle, because before the Light comes, God prepares the heart that will point to Him.
